What would you be doing?

· Building long- and short-term strategies for several brands

· Deep analysis of paid media performance and impact on business results

· Development and implementation of strategies for acquisition campaigns across various advertising

· Running campaigns from planning to final reporting, smooth project management for CZ and SK markets

· Working with segments targeting

· Permanent control of performances in GA4, Datorama, BI etc.

· Collaboration with ecommerce and support ecom activities.

· (D)OOH planning and execution

· Ensure that we try innovations and best practices in media and stay up to date with industry

· Close work with Brand, Category, Ecom, Web, Data and other teams across all channels to ensure effective

How we see an ideal candidate?

· 3+ years of experience in digital and media

· Demonstrated strength in multi-tasking, managing multiple projects simultaneously and ability to prioritize them effectively.

· Strong project management skills, high sense of responsibility, autonomy

· Attentiveness, focus on business development

· Analytical and strategical way of thinking

· High level of digital knowledge, deep understanding of KPIs and their interconnection.

· Passion for digital marketing, Google Analytics, GTM, CM skills – are mandatory, Salesforce tools – is an advantage, Experience with task trackers.

· Good level of communication skills, building relationships and contributing to the team spirit

· Fluent in English, native/fluent Czech and Slovak

· Looking to learn new things, good team player
