We are currently looking for a Brand Experience Specialist for Events and festivals territories both in CZ and SK.

Help us to create an amazing Brand Experience for amazing Smoke free brands and products (mainly for dedicated channel – Events).

As Brand Experience Specialist you will ensure the smooth running of a brand experience activity from conception to completion.

What will be your role?

You will play a supportive role while preparing a strategy for Brand Experience and Events activities for CZ & SK markets (seeking new opportunities, bringing strategic and creative ideas)

You will be a true project leader with responsibility for smooth project management as part of working in a project group focusing on 360 consumer´s activation (from KPIs definition to project evaluation).

In close cooperation with agencies, external partners and internal teams you will be responsible for the preparation of a concept for Brand Experience activities (in line with brand purpose, internal "Marketing Code", local legislation, and company policies

You will select suitable opportunities to support brand experience of our brands

You will brief and lead the creative and production agency to turn the concept into reality and to execute

You will systematically analyse the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of activities and support the Brand Experience Manager in budget handling/control

After this you will prepare evaluation and recommendations and you will present your outcomes to middle / senior management by providing recommendations for the next business cycles

What are we looking for?

At least 2-3 years of experience in a Brand Marketing and Event/Horeca Marketing international FMCG environment preferred; experience from the agency side is welcomed, but not needed University degree (Marketing, Advertisement, Communications or Event Management) Experience with digital marketing and content creation Native Czech/Slovak language, advanced English – daily speaking, writing (you will have colleagues from abroad in the team) Excellent team player, strong communicator with the ability to build, foster and nurture supportive and collaborative relationships at all levels and across functions in an ambiguous environment You will systematically analyze the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of activities and support the Brand Experience Manager in budget handling/control As a cluster expert will work for both Slovak and Czech markets (Bratislava and Prague will be your key destinations)
