CC Marketing Specialist/Sr. Specialist for CZ market
Purpose of the job
Support of full CC (conventional cigarettes) portfolio management within the CZ market (New Product Launches, delisting, Limited Editions, pack/blend upgrades, product innovations, legal age smokers engagement etc.Brand Communication development & execution via OC (Central function) toolboxes adaptations (intl brands) or local development (toolbox solution not available). Drive the development of omni-channel CC related marketing & brand content (within legal framework) including POS (Point of Sales), B2B (business 2 business) and if applicable Digital solutions e.g Scan packs etc.Project based brand management incl. commercial support organized by price segment, categories (CC) & market specific initiatives – relying on Cluster/Market support functions.
Accountabilities
CC Portfolio management including portfolio maintenance, strategic & tactical initiatives execution, PLM management (internal system for product management), own & competitor performance analysisPOS communication Key visuals/Animations/ Leaflets / Brochures / Other special printed or digital materials for Retailers and/or LAS (Legal Age Smokers). DTE (Digital Trade Engagement) Content, trade presenters, price tags, price highlighters, dummies, CC flaps development & execution in collaboration with Cluster Trade Marketing Team and CZ market deployment team.On / in- pack initiatives (OPP (On Pack Prints), inserts) creative development in line with CC strategy objectivesCollaborate with market Commercial Planning & Deployment and Channel Deployment teams aligning on market priorities in order to plan CC initiatives defined by brand strategies. Collaborate on executing CC commercial support (ie.: CC visibility building, CC handling & distribution, support activities)Close cooperation with DTE and POSM (Point of Sales Material) team to secure online and offline communication on the market at right time within agreed scopeGlobal & local stakeholders (OC, EU Region, CZ market, Agencies, Demand Planning) cooperation ensuring timely delivery of products & marketing assets. Collaborating with global/regional functions on Toolbox creation/adaptation, innovation pipeline and portfolio maintenance.Budget maintenance & Purchase order creations, support during Revised Forecast rounds & Overall Budget preparation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related fieldExperience in sales or marketing, in the consumer goods industry, preferably in multinational environment (3 years min.)Project management experience (2 years min, 5+ members)Fluent Czech/Slovak and English is a mustStrong business and financial acumen and communication, presentation, and analytical skillsAdvanced level MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
